LOCADRESS carries out its activities in full respect of current legislation. (French
Government Decree 85-1280 of 05/12/1985 modified by decree 98-550 of 02/07/1998 & article R123-168 of the French Commercial Code modified by Decree n°2007-750 of 9 May 2007).
Documents that need to be provided for domiciliation :
- Draft articles in the event of company formation
- Copy of articles and KBis (company registration certificate) in the event
of transfer of registered offices
- Copy of director's identification papers
- Proof of director's residence (utilities invoice etc.)
- Payment of first year's subscription and deposit.
